WHAT IS THE CHARGER FUND?
The Charger Fund is GHC's annual fund and is part of an ongoing effort dedicated to securing financial support from alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends. Our primary goal is to raise unrestricted funds to complement funding from other sources.

WHY GIVE TO THE CHARGER FUND?
Because annual gifts of all sizes provide critical revenue that supports our priorities and make a significant impact for our students, faculty and programs on our five campuses. Annual gifts are among the most important and valuable to GHC because they can be used where the need is greatest. They help meet new challenges and opportunities that come from being a state college.

IS MY CONTRIBUTION TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Yes. The college foundation is a 501(c) 3 organization, and all gifts to the Charger Fund are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law. All donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

WAYS TO GIVE?
There are several ways to give. Choose whichever way works best for you.

  • GIVE TODAY online by completing the secure online giving form. On this site you can also register for our Online Community and receive our e-newsletters and announcements about events.
  • MATCHING GIFTS can increase the amount of your donation. If you or your spouse/partner are affiliated with a company that has a matching gift program, obtain a matching gift form from the company's human resources department. Send the completed form with your donation.
