GHC 2013-2014 Faculty and Staff Campaign

Faculty and staff bring something important to Georgia Highlands College.  It is amazing to see the efforts you and other employees make every day to help out students achieve excellence.  Making a gift to the Charger Fund is one of the clearest and most important statements you can make about your pride in GHC and commitment to the needs of students, faculty, staff and the college community at a time when such help is critical.








The
Charger Fund is at the heart of all giving to the college. The primary purpose for the
Charger Fund is to annually raise unrestricted funds for on-going needs at the college’s five community campuses.  Your annual gift to the Charger Fund, combined with the support of other generous donors has an immediate and meaningful impact on GHC students, faculty and staff. Without private support many of our students simply would not be able to afford a college education. Funds raised from the annual campaign will go to support student scholarships, student recruitment efforts, academic programs and college expansion plans.    

The
Charger Fund is critical to the operations of the GHC Foundation.  Many expenses are paid through the foundation on behalf of the college whenever state funds cannot be used.  These funds may include meals for faculty and staff meetings, recognition and awards events and food related to the recruitment of students.
